The selection panel consisting of Rock Sahayaraj, a former player of Customs Football Association and Karunagaran, a former player of the Integral Coach Factory Team, selected the seven best players from each team to form the junior members of the Salesian Oratory Team. The meticulously planned tournament initiated by Father John Christy and conducted by Edwin Louis had DBYC – Perambur as the winners and DBYC – Kilpauk the runners up in the league competition.
