The Chief Minister, in the foreword, stresses that the book is timely and an excellent gift to the student fraternity all over India. He said that the Dravidian Model of governance had contributed hugely to furthering education and employment in all sections of the society, especially for the vulnerable. He also praised Father Raj for wearing many mantles as an educationist, teacher and writer within his identity as a Catholic Priest of Salesians of Don Bosco.

The author discusses job opportunities, career prospects and the ways to achieve them for a better personal life and the betterment of society. There are also questions that deal with how to handle situations in a particular career. “Within ourselves, we have the necessary strength to find our own identity. A career is a call from within, and the choice is each one’s”, said Father Raj. The book is his fourth book. His book ‘World Cinema, a celebration’ by Hay House is internationally acclaimed.
